Albuquerque Hopfest is a project of Feel Good Festivals. 

Costs: 

  • Business Booth 10x10 Main Ballroom $325 - booth space includes table, chairs & tablecloth - includes 4 sample tickets
  • Business Booth 10x10 Small Ballroom $315 - booth space includes table, chairs & tablecloth - includes 4 sample tickets
  • Business Booth 10x10 Hallway $300 - booth space includes table, chairs & tablecloth - includes 4 sample tickets
  • Business Booth 10x20 Main Ballroom $575 - booth space includes table, chairs & tablecloth - $570, includes 8 sample tickets
  • Business Booth 10x20 Small Ballroom $565 - booth space includes table, chairs & tablecloth - $570, includes 8 sample tickets
  • Business Booth 10x20 Hallway $550 - booth space includes table, chairs & tablecloth - $570, includes 8 sample tickets
  • Artisan Main Ballroom $175  - (Must be crafts sold for $25 or less)  10x10 booth space, includes 4 vendor tickets (can upgrade for $10 each) you provide your own materials -table, chairs, etc.
  • Artisan Small Ballroom $165  - (Must be crafts sold for $25 or less)  10x10 booth space, includes 4 vendor tickets (can upgrade for $10 each) you provide your own materials -table, chairs, etc.
  • Artisan Hallway $155  - (Must be crafts sold for $25 or less)  10x10 booth space, includes 4 vendor tickets (can upgrade for $10 each) you provide your own materials -table, chairs, etc.
  • Non-Profit Main Ballroom $175  - (Must provide documentation) 10x10 booth space, includes 4 vendor tickets (can upgrade for $10 each) you provide your own materials -table, chairs, etc.
  • Non-Profit Small Ballroom $165 - (Must provide documentation) 10x10 booth space, includes 4 vendor tickets (can upgrade for $10 each) you provide your own materials -table, chairs, etc.
  • Non-Profit Hallway $155  - (Must provide documentation) 10x10 booth space, includes 4 vendor tickets (can upgrade for $10 each) you provide your own materials -table, chairs, etc.
  • Pipe & Drape 10x10 - $50
  • Pipe & Drape 10x20- $80

Festival Needs

We will provide tables, chairs, tablecloths; if there is something else you need to make this festival a success for you please let us know! 

Festival Load-in

We will create a schedule for load-in based on your requested load-in times.  You will enter through Security at the Employee and Deliveries entrance.  When you get into Isleta, drive to the south end of the Isleta Parking lot and turn east (left) toward deliveries.  You will need to be on the list in order to enter so we will need a list of names.
